Who is Kerbel Design?

Kerbel Design is me—Lauren Kerbel. I’m a sign painter living and working in Toronto. I’m also a Mum, an animal lover and a design geek. I previously worked in the beauty, publishing and wedding industries before finding my true passion as a sign painter.

My business is supported by a handful of very smart people behind the scenes. It also occasionally includes a talented team of painters to help me tackle large projects on tight schedules.

What I Do

I design and hand-paint signs and murals that speak to customers before they even walk through the door. Hand-painted signs elevate the design of your brick and mortar business and last until someone else removes or paints over it.

When we team up on a project, you’ll work directly with me to bring your vision to life. You’ll get digital mockups of your custom designs before I come to your space to paint. Whether it’s a gold leaf sign on your shop window, or signs directing customers around your restaurant, you can look forward to elegant, thoughtfully designed signs and murals that make your space feel complete.
